Betsy Byler, M.A., LPC-SAS,

Hi, I’m Betsy. I’m a licensed therapist, substance use counselor, clinical supervisor and a person in long-term recovery from substance use. When I started in our field I felt confident in my grad school education and life experience. In my first year as a therapist I learned quickly that I was missing a large chunk of information, specifically about substances.  I then began learning everything I could to help fill in the gaps.  I’m excited to bring this information to you so that you can bring more healing and freedom to your clients!

You might be wondering if you should be addressing marijuana use or even be concerned about it...

Marijuana has changed a ton in the last two decades. From the increase in legalized marijuana to the different forms that it comes in. It can be hard to keep up on what is current and factual.

If we did a search on whether marijuana was good or bad, our results would come up as a huge mixed bag. There's a ton of information and much of it is conflicting. Some feels too restrictive and alarmist and other information feels like marijuana is the answer to all of life's problems. The truth is somewhere in the middle.

I put together this webinar to help take some of the guesswork out of this topic. The goal of the webinar is not to push you to choose a stance of being for or against marijuana. The goal is to give you accurate and useful information so you can come to your own conclusions.

It’s time to take the next step!
